Return Policy

LIABILITY:

Lanes Garden Shop total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Lanes Garden Shop to the customer, together with any postage & packaging costs incurred. Lanes Garden Shop shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Lanes Garden Shop can not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including account details or details you provide us when accessing or ordering from Lanes Garden Shop web site, unless this can be proven in law to be due to our negligence.

Lanes Garden Shop will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

Lanes Garden Shop will not be liable for any damage or injury arising out of any of products purchased from Lanes Garden Shop web site. Operating & safety instructions are supplied where necessary by our suppliers. Lanes Garden Shop can not be held liable for the misuse of any of the product we sell.


RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS:

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from receipt of order. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to receive a refund/exchange. Return delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please notify us via email or use our contact form to obtain a return or exchange number before returning any goods.

A returned or exchanged item is the customer's responsibility until received by Lanes Garden Shop. We therefore advise you use an insured delivery method to return an item to Lanes Garden Shop, as we are not accountable for parcels being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.


EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.


DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order. We can then arrange for a refund or replacement (if in stock) after the damaged item has been returned to us. In these circumstances Lanes Garden Shop will reimburse the customer for the reasonable delivery cost of the returned damaged item.


SHORTAGE IN ORDER

In the unlikely event you do not receive your full order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order via email.
