Terms and Conditions By placing an order on Lanes Garden Shop web site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
ABOUT US:Lanes Garden Shop is an online web shop that sells garden supplies and unique giftware, bringing style and quality to your home & garden suppling gifts and products across the country from our heart in Somerset.
MAKING A PAYMENT:
We accept the following credit & debit cards on Lanes Garden Shop web site, through our secure payment server with Paypal
Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro UK, JCB.
Payment can only be accepted in pound sterling converstions are available from Euro.
All credit & debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when you place an order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Lanes Garden Shop accepts UK cheques crossed and made payable to: Lanes Garden Shop. All cheques must be cleared before products are dispatched.
All goods remain the property of Lanes Garden Shop until full payment has been received.
UK DELIVERY:
We offer 2 methods of delivery, Standard Delivery. Some deliveries may require a signature on receipt of order. Collection Free to collect the item from our shop direct.
Collection in person, through our checkout process you can select to collect the item in person direct from our shop, during checkout the standard deliverycharge for this item will be removed and shown as a 100% delivery discount.
Depending on weight, size, order value and delivery method required, UK orders will either be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail, 1st Class Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by Parcelforce.

Regardless of the number of items you order. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. (Excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays) Please allow 6-14 working days for delivery.

Stone items flat rate for Englad & Wales @ £35 per delivery Address. Some items may take longer to order and deliver direct o your door, these items are marked with the delivery time on the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO DELIVERY COSTS:
The above delivery prices are for most UK mainland addresses. However, delivery to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly may incur an additional delivery charge. Lanes Garden Shop will contact you prior to dispatch if applicable.
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email of any delay and dispatch the item as soon as it is in stock.
We are happy to add delivery instructions to the front of a parcel. However, Lanes Garden Shop cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the unattended parcel.
We are happy to discuss the delivery of any item worlwide, please contact is direct before placing your order if you wish it to be dispatched worlwide.

Lanes Garden Shop total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Lanes Garden Shop to the customer, together with any postage & packaging costs incurred. Lanes Garden Shop shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Lanes Garden Shop can not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including account details or details you provide us when accessing or ordering from Lanes Garden Shop web site, unless this can be proven in law to be due to our negligence.
Lanes Garden Shop will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
Lanes Garden Shop will not be liable for any damage or injury arising out of any of products purchased from Lanes Garden Shop web site. Operating & safety instructions are supplied where necessary by our suppliers. Lanes Garden Shop can not be held liable for the misuse of any of the product we sell.
RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS:
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from receipt of order. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to receive a refund/exchange. Return delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please notify us via email or use our contact form to obtain a return or exchange number before returning any goods.
A returned or exchanged item is the customer's responsibility until received by Lanes Garden Shop. We therefore advise you use an insured delivery method to return an item to Lanes Garden Shop, as we are not accountable for parcels being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
DAMAGED GOODS In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order. We can then arrange for a refund or replacement (if in stock) after the damaged item has been returned to us. In these circumstances Lanes Garden Shop will reimburse the customer for the reasonable delivery cost of the returned damaged item.
SHORTAGE IN ORDER In the unlikely event you do not receive your full order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of order via email.
PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and specifications of the products shown on our web site are correct. All dimensions are approximate and slight colour variations may occur due to the nature of photo reproduction onto the web site or a product being handmade.
